SCH twice paddle mixer is mainly composed by the cell body and agitator, bracket, flip part, transmission part and electrical components. The whole machine is made of stainless stain. The cell body is formed with thick plate dense welding, there are sealing pieces set at the both ends of agitating shaft to ensure the cleanliness of materials.
The dye blender machine through mechanical rotation to drive S type agitator, promote the materials reciprocating flipping, uniform mixing. When operating using electric control, can set up time of mixing, then automatically stop, so as to improve the mixing quality of each batch.
