working principle
Raw material enter into the feeding port, fall into tapered crushing chamber, hydrocyclone function on raw materials by rotating rotating knife, with the centrifugal force make particles jilt to sieve surface, meanwhile due to the shearing action produced by high speed rotation of knife and the sieve net, materials being shattered into small particles between rotating knife and sieve, then discharge from the sieve net. The particle size is adjusted by the number of screen mesh, the rotary speed and the space between rotary tool & the screen.
