PRODUCTION PROCESS
In this stage, the fluidized powder grains in the container are visible.The equipment for the preheated fluid bed drier and granulator is paired with hot, clean air.At the same time, the adhesive solvent solution is fogged and sprayed into the container.It causes some adhesive-containing particles to granulate.Due to the constant dryness of hot qir, the moisture in the granulation evaporates, and the adhesive solidifies.The process is consistently followed.Granules that are flawless, homogenous, and porous are at last produced.
