The coarse crusher can grind materials to small size 2-20mm. The final product size is controlled by sieve,you can choose different mesh size sieve to get different size product. The coarse crusher sieve is very thick, noramlly can use 3-5 years.also as the grinding blade,so the coarse crusher machine have long use time,its a very good grinding machine.
Our coarse crusher has two functions mainly:
(1) Crush raw materials into flakes or granules like ginger granules,chili flakes,tea granules,black pepper granules,biscuit flakes,herb granules...etc
(2) It is used as a primary crusher before grinding.
For example,if we need to make cinnamon powder, we shall crush the long and big cinnamon into pieces, then feed the pieces into pulverizer,otherwise the cinnamon is too big to be fed into the pulverizer.
